It seems that to unlock this bonus quest, you need to complete part of the chain starting with Dread in the Den. I was able to get this quest after completing Break out Berrund!. It may have been unlocked earlier in the chain, I didn't check.
I just finished the entire chain at max level after doing the whole main campaign. I wasnt given this quest at all but got the achievment tag after "Bump off the boss". Its wierd that it is listed in the chain here. Maybe it should be a bonus objective while levelling and not part of Dread in the den?
