My lvl 25 Nexus Whelpling was able to solo this without issue.
Turn 1: Arcane Storm
Turn 2: Mana Surge, should kill him on the third turn of damageedit: You'll probably need to mop up the last of it's hp with one little attack if RNG isn't in your favor, but otherwise you shouldn't even need to swap out from nexus whelpling!
