I've completed each step prior to this, however Kalecgos has no quests for me at the moment. Also, I have not completed the 5 quests listed here: Where in the World is a Lost Blue Dragon?#comments:id=5616154 but again, with Kalecgos offering me nothing, I cannot get the quests for these.

Description
Azuregos has narrowed down the locations of the missing blue dragons. Each of us will handle finding several of them. I would entrust you to aid us in finding a few others. Choose where you'd like to go first.
