While you were on your way, I took the liberty to ask around.Dude, just a few seconds ago, you used a portal scroll you got from Khadgar to teleport us here. Are you suggesting your teleport (which happened after mine) was faster, and mine had such a delay that you were able to walk around and talk to people. (0_o)

You'll find him outside, in terrace (51.3, 19.6). Don't look around the delves' portals like me xD
Arator:
I have a few people to ask. One of them must know where we can find Alleria.Um, do you mean your mother?

What to do
Description
While you were on your way, I took the liberty to ask around. These brokers seem friendly enough, but be warned... part of the city is still under attack by a group of ethereals known as the Shadowguard. I managed to get a lead on a few traders who might have crossed paths with my mother recently. We should go before her trail runs cold.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

I'm happy to help in any way that I can. To find Alleria, you must fly far north from here. She's hunting a new Shadowguard lieutenant in the hope of extracting information from him. Last I heard, she was on the outskirts of a place called the Fracture of Laacuna.
