This time he is in Legerdemain Lounge 2-nd floor, hitting some bookcase
It is a bar in the middle of dalaran.
Entrance is at 46.3, 37.4 and stairs are at 50.3, 39.97 (near another entrance)At this point you are probably starting to think that this nightfallen is really strange)

Description
Oh dear. He had just promised you that he wouldn't wander off, and then he did it again! I'm starting to think that this Lyndras character might be a bit too impetuous for my tastes. Please, go find him, before he gets into any more trouble.
