Good news, everybody! A number of the quests for Operation Gnomeregan count towards Loremaster of the Eastern Kingdoms and 3000 Quests Completed!
Yes, the min level required to go further is 75. I think this is a bit high though considering you get the buff that makes everything easy anyway. Should be around 60 imo. I know I haven't touched my Gnome mage since the beginning of BC and he's still 60.
