You'll need varying quantities of Leystone Ore (based on rank: 10/8/6), and ~20g to purchase 3x[item=136629] and [item=136631] from vendors in Dalaran.

You do not need to be in Stormheim when you craft the gunpack. Doing it in Dalaran before heading out is fine.
More notable, however, is whenever it reappears after getting rank 3, the reward changes to 10 [item=124124]! Well worth the investment.
