for anyone wondering, this is made by a leatherworker who has done the level 110 leatherworking quests.
Too complete the Quest you are require to make a set of Warhide Footpads to hand in to Valdemar Stormseeker in order to complete the quest and get the upgraded leather working plans
I cant seem to get him to give me the quest. Is it a WQ that shows up randomly? Or are they any prequisites.
