Then go back to where you got the book, and climb up on the book piles. You don't need to climb very high to be able to reach the Handbook of Feathery Friends. Put that book on the altar.
Now you kill a Harpy Drawing in the sepia dimension.
Then, at the bottom of the pile where you got the other books, you pick up Draconic Compendium, Volume IV. Put that book on the altar.
And you kill a Squallhunter Drawing in the sepia dimension.
That's it!
