As a rogue this and Blood Plague are the most awful abilities in PvP to me. Wait 30 seconds or you have to waste Cloak just to be able to use your opener which rogues basically rely on to be effective. Bah humbug.
Blood Plague and Frost Fever damage increased by
+30%+15% as of the latest 5.2 PTR.Edited to reflect the final 5.2 patch notes, the damage is now increased by 15% (Down from 30% at the time of my original post)
Just for clarification and to avoid confusion this is a 15% BUFF from the current live 5.1 diseases.
