That is, if you want to go to the larger "Emerald Dream" zone you go inside the Emerald Dream portal on the small island on the left on the Ohn'ahran Plains, and if you want to access the "Amirdrassil" zone, you fly over to the bigger island to the left of the Ohn'ahran Plains (from outside the portal).

Not this particular instance of it though, I think-- you end up in zone 15105 instead, which has different names for the sub-areas.
