TheWoWDBI wouldn't recommend soloing this guy unless you have a pet because he casts a stun which puts you in a bubble and has no debuff timer (stays until you die). The stun stays until somebody else breaks the bubble for you. It's really frustrating if you're just trying to move through quickly.

Fly to Stormtorn foothills and go to 51.25 there is a path down.
If you get stuck in a bubble because you have a healing or shielding legendary, and there's no one around to break you out, logging out will remove you from the bubble. Closing the game might work too, if you're stuck in combat, but in that case you might also just be able to wait until whatever it is kills you.
