NOTE: Not a stationary spawn. It does roam, and can be found doing so around any of the locations indicated on the map posted at the top of this page.
Keep an eye out for the ice trail .on the ground. Spawn will be at the beginning of it. If the air goes a little bluish/darker around you, then turn around, because it's probably right behind you and is about to attack.
It's one of the more impressive elite rare spawns in the game, from a pure aesthetic/environmental perspective.

During the fight, he will cause the ground around him to turn to ice in patches. These ice patches will congregate around Fjorlag, but will undulate on the perimeter of their outer-most edge. Standing in these ice patches will deal damage and slow the player.
In intervals, he will cast [spell=216296], which will send out a cone of ice breath that deals "INSANE" amounts of damage that will usually one-shot the player if they do not escape it quickly.
He will also cast [spell=216291] on a random target. This basically just deals aoe damage to the target and anyone near their proximity.
After about 7 months I finally see him spawning again. I have to say I really missed this guy. I was starting to think that blizz removed him.
Needless to say I am going to show him how much I missed him, by shoving my weapons multiple times in him.
