Huntress Estrid

Don't bother killing if you don't have a quest for her, even though she's marked on your map with a star she has no loot.

She's the target of a world quest for The Wardens. That world quest appears to not be in the wowhead database at the moment, but it's the standard "DANGER: *mob name*" format. It awarded 250 rep on completion.

Just solo'd her as an 824 ilvl protection paladin. Looks like she's meant to be a group or raid boss, but I was able to solo her and her bear friend Halfdan by paying attention to her mechanics and taking advantage of how one of them works, as well as liberal cooldown and self heal usage.

She's a standard ranged mob with a bow and a pet. The bear hits like a truck, but nothing you can't self heal through as a prot paladin. She throws traps which will root you, and uses barrage which she targets in a direction and then doesn't move during it's channel, just step out of the way of it while avoiding traps. She'll also occasionally command her bear to charge you, which will knock you down, and then she'll do a small disengage. If you keep her back towards a direction you'd like her to move to that doesn't contain any traps (makes it easier when avoiding her barrage), she'll always disengage into a better position for you.

There were also some normal quest mobs that respawned during the ~3 minutes I fought her, but they might as well not even exist for how little damage they do.

The coordinates mentioned by falcon2099 are about where I found her, right around 39, 65 in Stormheim.

Oh and maybe it's worth mentioning that her bear doesn't despawn when she dies. I could've just ran away from it, but it was already at about 25% from incidental aoe it took during the fight, so I decided to just kill it. She had already respawned by the time I had the bear at ~5%, so be careful.
