Nithogg is the kill target of Scourge of the Skies, an Epic Elite World Quest added in Legion. The game draws the world quest marker in Stormheim at 46.1, 30.0. The closest other world-quest target on the Stormheim map is Egyl the Enduring (Rare), about 300 yards to the south-west.   • if you start at the "Stormtorn Foothills", go left to the north-west uphill until you find a path. Follow this path up and you come directly to Nithogg.

    - it's a dragon, so it's best not to stand in front of Nithogg and/or behind Nithogg, but on the side.
    - if you should be in front or behind the dragon, you will get [spell=212836] and/or [spell=212852].
    - go out of [spell=212841] and [spell=212884] immediately and watch for [spell=212925].
