Durguth located in Highmountain zone, at 44.2 74.5 point in mountains.
Path starts from Thunder Totem, there's a bridge headed south, go there and follow the path to south direction, you'll ride past three tents and reach an area named Path of Huln. Follow the road farther past elite ettins and there you'll spot Durguth next to a big stone (you'll see him from far distance). That guy looks like a VERY big violet ettin (awesome).

You can find Durguth among the Hill Ettins at the southern end of the Path of Huln south of Thunder Totem while his world quest is active.
He's about double their size and has a different skin color so he's pretty easy to see.

Before being engaged he has 55.6m base HP.
