The nests are up on the walls surrounding Haustvald. Use your grappling hook to get up there.

When you finish the quest Vydhar says, "Ravens can be so rude sometimes. I am sure you heard all of the uncouth things they were saying about you and your lineage. Thank you for removing their nests."
I'm pretty sure he means they were talking $%^& about yo momma.
