You can re-take the buff by talking to Nisha around 39 48. The buff disappears if you relog or leave the zone
Sadly, I missed the world quest as I was gone all day Wednesday 1/8/25. I checked every other Vol'dun assault prior, but the one I can't make its available. :( Here's another month waiting lol
