Update: Blizz acknowledge they know the NPC is missing, however theres no indication when this issue will be addressed... This from the Blizzard CS rep - "This specific npc is actually hidden from us and we too are going to have to wait for that to be fixed again. Sometimes we can hand n quests to get past some phased and bugs quests, however this is one we can't as the NPC isn't phased out but just not here and no way to skip part of the series of quests."

Description

Shortly before you arrived at the Bulwark, I was approached by the most unusual young undead woman. She swore enmity against the Scarlet Crusade, so I sent her to work on our enemies to the north. You say you saw some dead crusaders earlier? Those were probably her work. Go check up on her, and see if she can use any assistance in her vendetta against the Crusade... though I wouldn't be surprised if she's already killed them all.
