does anyone know if there is a follow-up quest with Ysera's daughter and seed or is the questline just intended to end here?
This questline requires you to complete https://www.wowhead.com/news/9-2-epilogue-sylvanass-judgment-questline-and-important-npc-reactions-story-326536 in order for both the Owl and Lilacsprig to show up with their respective quests. Speak to Bolvar in Zereth Mortis to accept the quest to discover Sylvanas' fate.
