I hate this quest. It's in an area full of elites and mobs. The graveyards are miles away from where you die over and over. It's a recipe for a terrible quest

The exact coordinates for the entrance you want to use is 27.2, 51.7 approach from the far Northeast or you will have a bad time. These coordinates allow you direct access to the area with the spriggans immediately without traversing a gauntlet of lethal elites. I just did this easily as a 170 fire mage who had absolutely no interest in dealing with even one elite and was quite successful in that regard, hit and run on the weak spriggans get your quest items and get the heck out! Hope this helps!
Approach from 28,50 and most of the elite pulls are skippable. Puts you into an area with a bunch of small spriggens that drop the quest item after about 3 big easy pulls.

What to do
Description
The last thing we need for this counter-curse is some attuned anima. Of course, we don't have much to spare. That means this is more of a sacrifice than it normally would be. But you know what? The spriggans made this mess, so they should help clean it up. Some really nasty ones have been causing mischief in Tirna Scithe. They should have the anima we need. Thiernax looks like he could use some nice, vengeful, therapeutic spriggan stomping. I'll have him meet you there.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
