TheWoWDBAn easy, albeit slightly buggy, escort quest. You can use your flight whistle, flight path, and/or hearth to Mezzamere and not lose Mrrl. However, once you are in Mezzamere, if you did use any of these transport methods, you will have to run out of Mezzamere (just far enough for it to change zones), then run back into Mezzamere (as gandalfsc indicated in another comment). It's only a minor headache, I think, for being able to hearth/fly on an escort quest.
