Afterlife Goes On is a quest for level 60 in Maldraxxus. It is step 10 of 14 in the Do Not Forget storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Bastion at 41.6, 55.3. It rewards 1,000 experience and money.

Description

A new dawn shines on Bastion. I had my reservations, but you have proven that honor yet remains in Maldraxxus.

Take my hand once more. I will return you to the temple's entrance.

Let all Maldraxxi know of our victory. And for the sake of peace, ensure that this never happens again.

I received a summon to do a dungeon before accepting this quest and now I am unable to return to the Necropolis quest location. I have submitted a ticket and bug report to Blizzard and they deemed it a bug. Any idea how else to get back on the Necropolis?

I had a similar problem as KappalsKing. Got a queue pop for a BG during the flight, and accepted it immedately when I landed BEFORE getting quest completion. Turns out that after abondoning the quest, you can go to the top of the rock just north of Temple of Courage

and use a goblin glider to get there. Then you can get back to the temple by using the NPC and pick up the quest again, leading to completion.

Closing my ticket with Blizz now :)
