TheWoWDBLOL, this was great! You "use" the item in your bag and all of a sudden you double over as if you are having a horrendous stomach problem and then you shrink really small. You stay that way for about 5 seconds and then the effect wears off, at which time you return to normal size while letting out a raunchy belch that would rival the one in "Revenge of the Nerds" I was that far away from ROFLMFAO
