Adopt a Tadpole

Adopt a Tadpole is a quest for level 1-0 in Borean Tundra. It rewards 9,500 experience and money.

Description

One day every year, usually in mid-spring, the Winterfin tadpoles are given free reign of the village. I'm not sure why this tradition persists, as it usually results in heavy damage to buildings and food stores.

I usually try not to interfere too much with the goings-on of the tribe, but today, I take exception. Go out and see if you can keep an eye on one of the tadpoles.

This is the starting quest for the new micro-holiday, March of the Tadpoles on April 5th, as part of the new micro-holidays coming up in 7.1.5.

You'll be able to pick this up from the Winterfin Retreat in the Borean Tundra. You can read more about it from the news post here.

Personally? I'm gonna be picking Loco, look how adorable they are!

March of the Tadpoles is a pretty neat little Micro Holiday...
Located in the Borean Tundra in Northrend… /Way 44, 14

First quest is Adopt a Tadpole in which you simply pick your tadpole, run up and click on them to speak to them.
2nd Quest is A Tadpole's Request where you need to collect 10x [item=34597]. They are located nearby at the bottom of the bay near by or across it near the murloc sites.
3rd Quest is The Ways of the World in which you need to slay Mrrga!
Lastly just speak to your Tadpole and they will have [item=144291] for you which gives you a piece of junk like [item=144289]

This is a cute but pointless event and you do not get to keep your tadpole but in the area in which you adopted them.
Either way its fun and gathers up the players.

Stuck? Check out.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
