TheWoWDBDuring Dragonflight pre-patch quests were bugged. You have learned required quest crafting spells, but as you opened your spell book the spells did not show up.
I found alternative trough /run scripts.
For this case, I've looked up Wowhead for specific spell IDs and with those I got the spells I needed. By running/run PickupSpell([spell_id])I got the spell and was able to put it on my action bar.

Description
Now that we have a frost mage at our disposal, testing this method out should be a cinch. Here are the plans for what I'd like you to make. Get to work and give me the armguards when you're finished.
