• [item=187789] got all my drops from huge spheres in the middle, but probably they just have a lower chance to drop from smaller spheres

• [item=187791] drops once and i got my drop from huge sphere in the middle of the area

1. Complete chapter 3 of Zereth Mortis main storyline
