He hits like a grandma, you pretty much don't need to dodge anything.
Only mechanic I see is to destroy the globes.
The fight just takes forever...
Also, I do not understand this twist in the story at all and how it happened...
Edit: My understanding is it's another one of those cases where you have to read a book to understand the story.
Yes, you will need to defeat Argus to 0%. It's not that difficult.
1. standard normal damage phase (Argus doesnt really hit hard)
2. avoid frontal [spell=364643] (easy since it has a cast time)
3. when one spawns, switch and destroy the [npc=184338]
4. you can interrupt the [spell=364647] so you don't get damaged from the radius growing hatred
The nathrezim's corruption of Argus' soul caused it to travel to the Shadowlands after he was killed at the Seat. The soul crashed into the Arbiter in Oribos and rendered her dormant, causing all new souls entering the Shadowlands to flow directly into the Maw instead of being sorted to their rightful afterlives, which in turn set off a chain of events playing into the long-term plans of the Jailer. So he was the reason the Arbiter was dormant.
