I was getting a bit annoyed, because after doing Put on a good face, I didn't get the follow-up Epicenter.
Turns out I did not finish the other quest Mineral water woes, as you get two quests in the chain at the same time.
So if you're having an issue where you didn't get a new quest - make sure you did all the quests in the chain before trying to receive Epicenter from Berrund the Gleaming.

What to do
Description
Berrund here says that the massive beast standing over Fearbreaker is very particular about what kinds of creatures it allows near it. If we blend in, he says, we can get close enough tae nab the hammer. But tae blend in, he says we have tae get covered by the dust an' pollen in the grotto. Those Lashrooms look like they're a good place to start. It all seems suspicious tae me, but fer now, we'll play along until I can recover Fearbreaker and bring it back to my father.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Mineral Water Woes
When that magic hammer fell into the Deeps, I knew it could be a formidable weapon against the skardyn menace. Your friend has told me that it's 'particular' about its wielder. Fortunately, I am a hero! And as a hero, I know how to get close to it.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Epicenter
There is the creature standing between us and that magic hammer. It certainly made an impact when it landed here in the Ringing Deeps, didn't it? Look at the size of that crater!
