If you see the yellow question mark to turn it in near Vil'raxx, don't be fooled. It goes back up to Lorewalker Cho in the Seat of Knowledge at 83.6, 27.2
Edit: There is now a void portal located behind where you kill Vil'raxx that will return you to Mogushan Palace just below the Seat of Knowledge.
