Right now it's better to find a spirit and camp it. They re-spawn after about a minute.

Pandaren spirits are near an obelisk. You can click them either in the normal phase, or inside the void after clicking the obelisk. Spirits disappear when freed by another player - if you don't see any, wait around a few seconds and be quick to claim the respawns for yourself.
These quest items, much like the obelisks, really need to be shared. As of now, the poor game design of individual tags does nothing to enhance player experience. As it stands now, the design of this quest is really just there to artificially increase playtime metrics. Shame on you, Blizzard.

Description
As if it were not bad enough that N'Zoth seeks to dominate those living in the Vale, my scouts report they now seek to dominate the dead! The Shado-Pan have their hands full defending the living. Can we rely on you to put an end to this disgrace?

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
