First one is in the big building to the left, its a spear
Second is in the ruin, its shoulder armor
Third is in a building off to the right/East of the questgiver, its a hood.

If its bugging out click off the debuff and re-apply the goggles. That worked for me anyway.

When you use the goggles and are standing at the spot where you should be able to loot something, move your character around a bit to shine the light in different directions. Doing this will light up the object you need to loot, otherwise it just looks like a random item sitting there that you can't interact with.

If you've done any of the "Cataloging" quests, where you ride the raft and photograph wildlife, it's similar to that mechanic, where you have to point the camera and highlight the wildlife you want to photograph.

Without the light shining on the item, non-interactive, with and without "Scrying Mode" activated. The item is the set of shoulder armor sitting on the edge of the table.

With the light shining on the item, now interactive.

Description

Can you believe this used to be an observatory? Our records indicate that the dragonkin here were mapping heavenly bodies in an attempt to predict the future. How do you think they did it? I'm picking up a partial signature that matches the time window we're shooting for. Put on the Technoscryers and try to pinpoint the sources so we can dial it in.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
