To reach Archdruid Steelclaw, turn right at the first intersection (circular room on map) once you enter the barrow. There will be a wall of thorns to the left, a tunnel heading down straight ahead, and a tunnel to the right. Turn right.

So you found the tree with the opening. Good. After this chances is coordinates go crazy. But as people written, go inside the Sleeper's Barrow. and follow the path to the first intersection. Here you head right. You will cross a small stony bridge and enter the Den where [npc=91223] lies.
Hope this description get you past the nasty youtube videos that I don't think is well placed here.

The Archdruid's deep, shallow breaths rumble across the chamber.
She awakens and stands, her tall, yet short form towering over you.
The Archdruid yawns mightily, showing no sign of tiredness after her hibernation.
"Why have you awakened me?" she whispers, the shout echoing down the corridor.
