Beyond the Horizon

Beyond the Horizon is a Horde-only quest for level 10-35 in The Jade Forest. It is step 14 of 24 in The Jade Forest, Strange Bedfellows & Grookin Hill storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in The Jade Forest at 28.3, 47.8. It rewards 2,400 experience and money.

Description

I recognize all you've managed to do here, <class>. My report to the Warchief will include an account of your deeds.

But there's no time to rest!

This land must be charted and prepared for Horde settlement. I've already selected an away team to do just that.

Find them before they grow comfortable here. Inform them of their mission, and try to convince your new friends to send along one of their own to serve as a guide.

You'll be staying here with me. We have preparations to make.

This is a "speak with so-and-so" quest. All the NPCs are stationary *except* Sergeant Gorrak who seems to path around the Grookin Mound (at this point in beta). Note that Shademaster Kiryn is sitting down and easy to miss if you don't have nameplates turned on.

Star Trek fans, be sure to read the quest text when you turn this quest in to General Nazgrim. =)
