You can get this by fishing in ANY midnight zones. Pools or open water, doesn't matter. Skill required is very low (has been caught with fishing skill as low as ~40). Drop rate estimated around 0.5%,
If you're farming specifically for it, I recommend using [item=241148] OR fishing at the Silvermoon pond so you won't be bothered by Blood Hunters.
Required for Altar of Blessings: Amani Curious and Altar of Blessings: Sacred Buffet Devotee.
just fished this up in silvermoon im like 112 midnight fishing all it does is ad a lesser loa you can choose from at the alter in zul' aman i only have this one unlocked for the lessers loas but this one seems very strong if you match it with the loa of the hunt you have a 25% chance to hit and deal 100% more dmg but you allso have a 25% chance to deal 50% less dmg... buff only active in Sul' Aman.
