Right click the Ball and Chains to release the Cloudrunners
Even though the quest says 'Cloudriders' in the dialogue, the objective, and the emote thing when you release them, the dragons you free are actually Wild Cloudrunners, not riders. If you have your UI set to only show mob names of quests you're on, only the blue version of these dragons names will light up, but you can free the green, gold, and pink ones for quest credit, as well.

Description
Do you know the story of the great cloud serpents of Pandaria, {name}? Someday you must hear it. Unfortunately, there is no time to tell it now. What you must know is that the wild cloudrunner serpents of Townlong are in trouble. The mogu are capturing wild serpents and corrupting their minds, bending them to their sinister will. Go to Shan'ze Dao, to the northwest. Free the adult serpents from their chains. Save them!
