I had this quest bug out. It let me complete this quest, but would not give me the next.
If this happens to you, you can pick the next one up at camp.

Description

I've got this prototype shredder operating on most cylinders. Boy, will they be surprised when you stomp them with their own machine! Can't wait to watch you from the safety of the Observicopter.
