Call to Arms: Drustvar is a Horde-only quest for level 50 in Drustvar. It rewards 1 reward item and 1 reputation reward.
Its time to hit the Alliance at the source. Travel to Drustvar and slay every Alliance you find. It shouldn't be hard to find them in their own territory.

Apparently this only works with 120's, even though the quest says "slay every Alliance you find". (So doesn't work on 110-119, even though they give honor)
Wont be marked on your map, but the turn in is the same place you picked the quest up.
Upon completion you will receive
50 conquest points
250 honor
as well as the steel strongbox and 75 rep that wowhead says
