<You've seen a charm like this in Fallhaven being used to control a wicker construct.
If you can figure out how to use it, you may be able to take control of one of the coven's wicker constructs.>

Have to use the item in the bag rather than in the sidebar UI. Took 5 attempts, fairly tedious.
If there's an invasion World Quest up, you're going to be stuck. There was a Naga invasion world quest up. I couldn't do the World Quest because of where I was in the quest line - I saw it on the map, but the objective didn't appear, although I could see the Naga invasion happening.
This phased me enough that I could get the item needed for this quest. I had to wait for the Naga invasion quest to end the next day.
So if you find yourself stuck here, that's why you can't find the charm object that starts the quest!
It took me 5 attempts too. But it didn't matter which version I used.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

If you're looking to absolve Miss Waycrest of this mess, you'll need to head into the town. Recently, I've seen some oddly dressed women among the creatures, who seem to be calling the shots. It's likely that they're the key to this whole nightmare, but we can't get in to question them.

<The strange woman possessed a letter from someone calling herself "Matron Levae" which appears to have orders to take the town of Fletcher's Hollow. This could be the evidence needed to absolve Lucille Waycrest. Mayor Pare should be interested in seeing this.>
