My advice would be to buy from the Auction House, have just bought all 10 items for 10g. And in half an hour of farming only got 2 bottled storm.
For a convenient farming spot for Cinder and Storm, go to the area between Cinderbrew Meadery and Rambleshire on the Isle of Dorn. There should be a ton of bee elites that have a chance to drop Burning Cinderbee Setae when skinned, and there are also some storm-touched wolves in the same area that have a chance to drop Bottled Storm.
Just be careful not to overpull, and maybe bring some friends; there are a LOT of elites in the area, and grouped close together.
