Description

Outsider... thank you. I'm still shaken... but I can feel a small spark returning. I'd nearly abandoned my work entirely, yet your kindness... it has steadied me.

I think I finally see what I'm meant to create: something meaningful that honors the Zur'ashar tradition through my voice, but to begin, I need the raw essence of color itself.

Will you help me collect the ingredients I need? I'd be looking for anything I can use to turn into paint.

the uprooting you need to run away with the vine to uproot. I keep standing there and nothing was happening until I realized there was a root around me. Hope this helps anyone else having isseus with the uprooting. You will also be stunned but it goes away semi fast.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Stroke of StormsHarandar · Level 83-88

I... I don't think I can mend this. The Zur'ashar were right. I am no true paintmaker. I cannot even capture history properly within my own memories... how could I ever hope to honor it in moments that matter? I thought I could create something beautiful... something worthy. I was foolish to try.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Hues of TomorrowHarandar · Level 83-88

I... never expected to feel this again. Your help has given me hope. These ingredients feel right, and maybe even enough. I want you to be the first to paint. Do not fret over perfection. Paint what you feel, and I'll capture its essence into the memory I preserve.
