Confirming that two of these questlines require progress in the Campaign Quest line (Trials of the Shul'ka, The Greenspeaker's Vigil).
I did all of the Campaign Quests on my main and have been going to do all of the minor quests in each zone with an alt for leveling purposes. So I have to go back on my main to complete the Sojourner requirements.
Trials of the Shul'ka:
Starting quest is My Brother's Alive! given by [npc=244163] (topside)The Greenspeaker's Vigil:

Most of the storylines below are accessible when you have completed the To Sow the Seed quest in the main Midnight story.
Five of them do require further progress in the main story.
So save yourself some grief, and complete One Does Not Simply Walk Into Harandar before working on this one.One item of note:
If you are a collector, considering completing the [storyline=5909] storyline when it becomes available after completing To Sow the Seed.
