Create Your Own Strength is a Horde-only quest for level 50 in Nazjatar. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 3,400 experience and money.
For something that has been sitting on the ocean floor, there is still power to be found in this item.
Take your piece of Benthic armor to Voidbinder Zorlan. He has been eyeing it with great curiosity.
Go ahead and humor the ethereal and let him have a look.
Maybe he has something to offer.

Is there a follow up to this quest? I'd rather not do it, because the item I received is &*!@ compared to others.
It seems we can upgrade, disenchant, or vendor our Benthic gear before getting this quest. So don't be like me and disenchant it.
Edit: I tried contacting support to restore my gear, they told me to buy another piece. ):
So if you've already upgraded, disenchanted, or vendored the item and didn't get quest credit, you'd need to obtain a new piece and upgrade it to get credit.
If you like me, having a blond moment, and did not "use" the item to get the gear - it cannot be upgraded.
So use the item and then it can be upgraded. :)
