TheWoWDBI felt really bad doing this quest. Poor broodmother - look at this from her angle. She becomes fertile, lays some eggs; then some hoity-toity paladin comes along, slays her young and uses its skull as a lure to her own death.
Come to think of it, the entire quest series in the second half of Hyjal seems really brutal and unnecessarily cruel.

If she's anywhere in the vicinity, she will come out and attempt to exact revenge. We will have a surprise waiting for her.
