TheWoWDBill made a DI-Dwarf in BFA and still have him on max level etc ... and i cant see any of these quests or can talk to Aysa Cloudsinger. Any suggestions how to access the Expedition Tent for Housing?

I have been unable to find this quest on any of my characters despite having unlocked DI Dwarves in BfA.
Anduin Wrynn says: Yet we have never officially asked your clan to stand with us in the Alliance... an oversight I hope you will forgive, and allow me to rectify.
Funny, Dark Irons have been helping the Alliance since Cataclyysm - 8 whole years now - but apparently no one ever bothered to actually see if the paperwork was done.
