It is in the cove of Nashal (34.1, 13.0) on the Stormheim map. It is a single outcropping on a rock. To get there is a bit of a problem as it is very far from everywhere. I water walked from Shield's Rest in Stormheim. The distance gives me the suspicion that the Blizzard devs rolled on the floor laughing after designing it - 'Hahaha, look, we caught another one'. Lol - enjoy

Stonehoof Watch , Highmountain flightpath, then Glide, Goblin-glide etc. Easy peasy!
