TheWoWDBIf Mikanikos is not present when you finish and he ports you back to quest start, a simple fix is the following.
Leave the area and return!
Oddly enough reloading and relogging did not solve my issue with turn in npc spawn

I found a bug on this quest. The Forsworn Colossus could not be clicked on to unleash the workers on to dismantle it.
The workaround is to just use "/tar for" to manually target it. Then you can use your 3rd ability from Bron to toss the workers and dismantle the big Colossus.
If confused on what to do for dismantling - get right next to colassus and hit 3, the owl will jump on it to dismantle it
