Enchanting: Boundless Basket is a quest for level 60, added in Shadowlands. Completing it counts toward 1 achievement.

For people who were as baffled as I was by this completely obtuse quest design:
- Click on the glowing basket and loot it. This should put an item in your bags (The Antique Stalker's Bow) and give you a temporary enchanting recipe for the Boundless Basket.
- Disenchant the bow. This will give you 1x Twilight Dust.
- Open your Enchanting interface and create the Boundless Basket. This should cause the quest to autocomplete.
Ah, completely counter intuitive. I expected that I was to enchant the bow.
TYSM! There is absolutely no way to figure this out without help from good folks such as yourself!
