Mages: Go to your spellbook and look for the Teleport Icon. Under that you will see all the teleport abilities you have. In my case it was Stormwind and, (Surprise! Surprise!) there was the Teleport: Hall of the Guardian spell. Click on that and you can now do the quest.
Soo you couldn't just say that we forgot we already have a teleport -.-

- A Conjuror's Duty
I don't know about you but I'm ready to get this show on the road. This place is nice and all, but it's a bit stuffy. I'll see what I can do to get some more mages in this group of yours. You go ahead and check the map over there. It'll help you plan your first moves.
After this quest

- Rise, Champions
The Tirisgarde has been defunct for ages. To defeat the Burning Legion, we must first recruit the greatest champions of our class to fight by our side. Two powerful archmages, Archmage Kalec and Archmage Modera, have come to help us succeed. Speak to them and enlist their aid.
