As it says you should return after quest to [npc=89023]. He can be 2 places: 47 41.2 and 48.4 34.5. I found him at the "other" place he can be. Coords are 48.4 34.5. If you are in the wrong nice try going by the north road. This is just west of the top of the first N in Nar'thalan Acadamy. And the other place which I think is the academy is down south where it meets the other road. I think the first (northmost) is always where you turn it in. After you turned in she turns to cat form and runs down to the south spot. This is also where you run into [npc=88115]. He gives you a nice quest-line. He too will be all over the place. I think wowhead and wow gives him different NPC IDs in each place.
[item=120079] Is a drop from [npc=88090], which can be found at 45.6 36.6 point in Azsuna, in ruined temple. All other naga mobs around count for quest.

Description
You're looking for Prince Farondis? <The ghostly elf narrows her eyes warily.> I can take you to Farondis... but first things first. These naga attacked suddenly. They take orders from one called Zarrin, in the low hills to the west. Help me take Zarrin's head, and you'll have my ear.
